Winter Solstice ^^

On 22 Dec, the Winter Solstice Festival, my friends and I made the glutinous rice ball at the hostel's pantry. We made the ball with chocolate filling, peanut filling, and sweet potato flavour. Its really fun making it with my friends. Even though we can't celebrate it at our house, with our family, but it still warmth to have it with friends, better than alone.

Sem 1 Trip ~ Day 4 @ KL Festival City

On 20 Dec, we went to KL Festival City, Setapak. Not much special stuff there. It was new shopping mall and haven't open completely. We had chicken rice as our lunch at The Chicken Rice Shop. We enjoy the 50% offers Penag Rojak there too.

At night, we had our dinner at Genting Kelang. I bought a box of flavoured popcorn there, branded IPOP. It taste really nice. The flavour are original, caramel, chocolate, green apple, strawberry, coffee, curry, seaweed, wasabi, cheese and milky. I choose wasabi and seaweed, which I think more NEW to me. I like to try new thing. It come in three size, small pack(RM3), big pack(RM5), big container(RM8).

Sem 1 Trip ~ Day 3 @ Bukit Bintang

On 19 Dec, my sis and I went to Bukit Bintang area to continue our shopping and food journey. The first thing we normally do when reaching there was having a dessert time at Snowflakes, Sungai Wang. We like snowflakes. I ordered Grass Jelly series, Set 4(yam, red bean, pearl) and my sis ordered Japan Combo.

We also had our late lunch at BBQ Plaza, Sungai Wang after shopping for a while.

Then, we went to Fahrenheit88.

After that, we went to Pavilion as well. The Christmas decoration there was awesome.

Even though the Tokyo Street had opened for months, this is my first time going there. You can find variety types of Japanese food and stuff there. Food such as Hokkaido Cake, Hokkaido Mille Crepe, Pancake, Crepe, Macaroon, Sushi, Ramen..... You can also found many Japanese stuff there, especially from Daiso.

Then, we had our tea break at J.CO Donuts. I choose my favourite flavour, green tea and my sis choose Oreo flavor.

Before leaving, we took some pictures at the entrance, where the United Buddy Bear held. The bears will be there from 8 Dec 2011 to 15 Feb 2012.

We also bought some Durian Pancake from Sg Wang. It costs RM4 for two pieces. The filling was really rich. You even won't dare to talk after eating it.

Sem 1 Trip ~ Day 2 @ Sunway Pyramid

Christmas Decoration

On 18 Dec, the 2nd day trip, my sis and I went to Sunway Pyramid for SHOPPING, lol. The shopping complex was decorated with many Christmas decoration, and I can feel that Christmas is getting close. After reaching there, we went to Manhattan Fish Market to have our lunch. The food was really nice. I like fish. I ordered Dory Fish & Chips while my sis ordered Mediterranean Baked Fish. The chips taste really nice, I like the taste of big chunk of potato. For the baked fish, the herds that marinade and baked with the fish taste good too. Both of us also ordered the same drinks, named Cala Cala, it actually is a lemon carbonated drinks, goes well with fried food.

 Then, we enjoy our all time shopping non-stop. Besides that, one of the dessert that I would like to introduce and recommended you guys was the Matcha Ice-cream (Green Tea), which only costs RM3. The ice-cream looks simple, just like normal sundae cone, but the rich green tea taste really caused me fall for it. I like green tea too. Really worth it.

Sem 1 Trip ~ Day 1 ~ Star Live Concert 十分红演唱会@Bukit Jalil, Car Park A

On 17 Dec, after finish my Moral exam, I packed my luggage and moved to my sis house to start my Sem 1 term break. Day 1 trip was the Star Live Concert(十分红演唱会) which was organised by NTV 7 annually. This was my first time attending a big scale concert, formerly only watched from TV. It was also my first time going to Bukit Jalil, we used many types of public transport (Bus, LRT, monorial) all the way to there. My sis managed to get the Extreme Hot Zone A(second front zone) tickets from Red Box. We arrive there around 6.30pm, the place was full of crowd, eventhough the concert starts on 8.30pm.

The concert was really nice. Singers from HK, Taiwan and Malaysia were gathered here and presented a really good performance.  It's really nice to feel the live situation of a concert, all people around sang the song together with the performer. However, it rains for a few minutes. The concert ended around 11.30pm.

* Meteor Shower *

On 14 Dec, 4am, some of my friends went to watch the Gemini meteor rain. TT OMG, I miss it, how can I miss this golden opportunity, haizz. Surprisingly, according to some websites, on 15 Dec, we will still able to watch meteor. For sure, I won't miss it again.  It's really enjoyable, the first time lie on the basketball court, with all friends, in the midnight. Luckily, I managed to watch around 10 meteor in two hours, from 12 to 2 am.

Robotic Trip @ MMU Melaka

Arghhhhh....., I can't stand anymore......., I want to blog...... Actually I planned to blog few weeks back but I'm still waiting for some photo, so.....can only skip one event first. I probably will post many things today, hahaha.
On 10 Dec, I did join the Robotic Trip to MMU Melaka Campus. This was an event organised by my uni Robotics Club, with the objective to gain more knowledge on combat robot, as my uni plan to take part in the competition next year. We departed on 8.30am and arrive there around 10.30am, it took two hours bus journey. We spend whole day there, watching the competition. The obvious thing is that luck is one of the most important element in competition, you can win and lose as while in few second time.
Combat robot is fighting robot with variety types of weapons (flipper, saw, drill, hammer...), the robot that cause its opponent immobilise or flip it will won the competition, if none of them done it, state of damage will take into account.
