Chilled Horlick Chocolate Cheesecake


A: Cream Cheese – 500g
     Unsalted Butter – 45g
     Condensed Milk – 100g
    Whipping Cream – 100g
B: Horlick Chocolate Mix – 200g
    Milk Flavour – ½ bottle
    Egg – 5pcs
    Unsalted Butter – 180g
    Whipping Cream – 100g
    Instant Chocolate Pudding – 50g
C: Gelatine – 20g
     Hot Water – 30g
D: Marie Biscuit(original or chocolate flavor) – 1pkt

1.       Beat A, add one by one accordingly.
2.       Cook B until thicken.
3.       Arrange D in the cake tin, pour in 3 tbsp of A, flatten it, pour 4 tbsp of B, flatten it, repeat the procedure to obtain the layer effect. Chill in refrigerator.


Chilled Lemon Marble Cheesecake



A: Digestive Biscuit – 150g
     Ground Hazelnut – 50g
     Melted Butter – 100g
B: Cream Cheese – 500g
     Butter – 120g
     Castor Sugar – 30g
     Whipping Cream – 150g
     Lemon Flavour – 2-3tsp
     Lemon Filling – 200g
C: Gelatine – 20g
     Hot Water -20g
D: Chocolate Emulco – 1-2tbsp
The ingredient

1.       Mix A, press it into the cake tin. Place in freezer to set for 30 minutes.
2.       Beat B till smooth (add one by one), add in C (dissolved together). Stir well, pour mixture on top of the biscuit base,
3.       Leave some batter, mix with D. Pour on the cake(by spoon), make some marble effect. Chill for 6 hours in refrigerator.

Chilled Oreo Cheesecake

Ingredient :
A: Oreo Biscuit Crust - 150g
     Ground Hazelnut - 50g
     Melted Butter - 100g
B: Cream Cheese - 500g
     Butter - 120g
     Castor Sugar - 30g
     Whipping Cream - 200g
     Milk Flavour - 2-3tsp
     Oreo Biscuit Crust - 150g
C: Pudding Mix - 50g
     Boiling Water - 30g
D: Instant Oreo Pudding Mix - 80g
     Fresh Milk - 350ml
     Chocolate Cream - 150g

 
1.       Mix A, press it into the cake tin. Place in freezer to set for 30 minutes.
2.       Beat B till smooth (add one by one), add in C (dissolved together). Stir well, pour mixture on top of   the biscuit base, chill for 6 hours in refrigerator.
3.       Boiled 250ml milk, stir in others ingredient in D, mix well. Pour on top of the cheesecake. Chill before serving.
