Chilled Horlick Chocolate Cheesecake


A: Cream Cheese – 500g
     Unsalted Butter – 45g
     Condensed Milk – 100g
    Whipping Cream – 100g
B: Horlick Chocolate Mix – 200g
    Milk Flavour – ½ bottle
    Egg – 5pcs
    Unsalted Butter – 180g
    Whipping Cream – 100g
    Instant Chocolate Pudding – 50g
C: Gelatine – 20g
     Hot Water – 30g
D: Marie Biscuit(original or chocolate flavor) – 1pkt

1.       Beat A, add one by one accordingly.
2.       Cook B until thicken.
3.       Arrange D in the cake tin, pour in 3 tbsp of A, flatten it, pour 4 tbsp of B, flatten it, repeat the procedure to obtain the layer effect. Chill in refrigerator.
